Pinnock Distillery

Award winning Gin

23

Stall Number

Located in the beautiful Warwickshire countryside, Pinnock Gin is named after the cottage where the small-batch, copper distilled gin was originally produced and launched in 2018. Despite its relatively humble beginnings the distillery soon won a variety of awards and has now relocated to the dizzying heights of Radway Tower at the Castle at Edgehill, overlooking the infamous civil war battle ground. This idyllic Grade II listed location has enviable views of four counties, which visitors to the Distillery and Castle Gin School can enjoy at their leisure.

We use locally sourced honey, lavender and quince, which are accompanied by specially selected juniper, coriander, angelica, cassia, cardamom seeds, orange peel and cubeb pepper from around the globe to create a smooth and complex Warwickshire Dry Gin.

Local provenance is at the heart of Pinnock Gin and this is also the case with its multi-award winning Rhubarb and Strawberry, and Sloe, Damson and Honey blends, where we use locally sourced the fruit and berries. Using a traditional 40L copper alembic still, these Great-Taste and IWSC award-winning gins are produced, bottled, labelled and wax-sealed by hand, by the small but perfectly formed Pinnock Distillery team.
